Style Saturday | Custom Creations with EShakti

Being a girl with a bit of a shape, I have had my fair share of traumatic dressing room moments. Shopping can be difficult enough with the hordes of people and daunting mannequins but to get into a fitting room and have a dress not fit in one way or another can take quite a hit on the self-esteem. Women come in all shapes and sizes and no one is exactly the same as another. So why do clothes come in such restricted cuts and sizes? It simply doesn’t make sense.

So when eShakti contacted me about testing out their revolutionary shopping system, I knew I had to give it a try. eShakti is an online retailer that completely changes the way we shop for clothing whether online or in person. They are the only online women’s fashion apparel company that offers sizes 0 – 36W and customized clothing. They feature hundreds of styles ranging from modern to classic to vintage inspired, all of which are completely customizable! When have you ever been able to choose every little detail including fabric, length, cut, sleeves and more. Well now you can and it is so ridiculously easy!

eShakti gives you the chance to create an item of clothing that is perfectly fitted to your exact shape and preferences. If you love a dress but wish it had sleeves, you can add them, it really is entirely up to you. The process is very user friendly, the website is cleanly laid out and the options are clear and concise. All you need is a few measurements and you can create a whole wardrobe that is personalized to you.

I feel truly passionate about this company because I think that not only are they are revolutionizing the way women shop, but they are leading the way to accepting that not all bodies are the same and every women deserves a well fitting wardrobe! No matter your shape or size, you are beautiful and eShakti will help you embrace it!

Check out their Real Fashion for Real People campaign and of course their website and social media (Twitter | Instagram | Facebook).

That dress looks so lovely – like it fits in all the right places! It's such a great idea to have clothes custom made. I have so much issue with dresses sometimes – the waist will be too small but the hips too big! It's a nightmare!Rachael at
